Autonational Rescue have been awarded “Best Buy”

in this year’s Which? Car survey by Which? Magazine

With the best response times across the board and an overall 82% customer score, Autonational Rescue have been awarded Which? Best Buy status. This accolade is far from easy to obtain. In fact, Best Buys are only awarded to those products that have been considered the highest performing in Which?’s car survey.

Approximately 10,000 drivers, who had broken down in the previous 12 months, participated in this year’s Which? Car survey and answered questions that covered everything from the politeness of the person taking the emergency call to response times, and whether the car was fixed on the spot.

Autonational scores especially well for response times. It reached 91% of callouts in less than an hour. And it reached 35% of callouts in less than 30 minutes.

10,039 Which? members completed the car breakdown section of the Car Survey 2010 via a paper-based questionnaire and on-line. Fieldwork took place from 20th December 2009 to 7th March 2010.  Members were filtered to ensure they had called out a breakdown company in the last 12 months and could name the company involved.
