Roadside Assistance

We will try and repair the fault at the roadside. Of course, not all faults can be fixed at the Roadside in a timely manner, and if we can’t fix yours, we’ll tow your Business Vehicle to a local garage or a UK destination of your choice.

Recovery To The Nearest Repairer

If we can’t repair it at the roadside, we’ll take your Business vehicle and yourself to a local available repairer if you are within 1/4 mile of your home, or, to any UK destination of your choosing otherwise.

Loss Of Keys

This package covers the eventuality of you misplacing your ignition keys and needing Roadside Assistance. One call to our call centre will start the ball rolling… But please note, cover does not include cost of replacement keys or locks.

Emergency Message Service

Breakdown is stressful enough without worrying about missed appointments are friends or family who may be worrying about you. Our call centre will rely any such messages for you so loved ones will know you are safe.

Misfuelling

In a case of accidental misfuelling, we will drain and flush the incorrect type of fuel in the vehicle and will add 10 litres of the correct fuel to get your Business Vehicle rolling again.

Replacement Driver

If the driver of the Business Vehicle is deemed medically unfit to drive, we will pay the cost for a chauffeur to get you and your vehicle to where it needs to go, and most importantly, to safety.

Recovery To Any UK Location

If the vehicle cannot be repaired at the roadside or at the nearest available repairer by the end of the day, we will take the vehicle and you to one location of your choice anywhere within the UK.

Vehicle Hire/Public Transport/Overnight Accommodation

If you are more than 50 miles from your home, we will provide you with vehicle hire up to £250, or alternative public transport up to £150. We can also offer overnight accommodation (room only) for 1 night, up to £75 per person, to a total of £500.

Home Start

If the insured Business vehicle breaks down within 1/4 of a mile of the home address, we will try and repair it at the roadside. If we can’t repair it within a timely and safe manner, we will take the insured vehicle and you to the nearest available repairer.

Vulnerable Person(s) Priority

Our call centre will always prioritise customers who have broken down or whom need our assistance if they are vulnerable or if they feel vulnerable. Mention to the call handler if this applies to you and we can even supply the name of the allocated agent who will be coming to your rescue.
