Over the last few years, our regulator has been trying to improve insurance services for customers and we stand behind them!
Our key priority is ensuring that as our customer you receive good outcomes, that means you purchase a product that meets your needs, at a competitive but fair price, and you receive the level of support you deserve throughout the life of the policy.
Here’s a few things that we’ve been working on in the background, to ensure you receive a good service:
- Ensuring all our staff complete mandatory regulatory training
- Reviewing our products to ensure that they provide fair value
- Have a dedicated Complaints department, in case you feel we haven’t provided you a good service
- Ensuring you can use the product as intended, meaning you don’t have to go through any unreasonable barriers
